M. <br /> Mr. Kenney's motion to amend carried unanimously. 9:37 P. M. <br /> J. Keith Butters moved to amend the motion by deleting the words <br /> "April 1" and substituting therefor the words "June 1 ". <br /> 9:38 P. M. <br /> James M.
