The lot will be used for <br />the construction of affordable housing, "NO <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />CHURCH OF OUR REDEEMER ANNUAL FAIR <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />the req uest of the church of O ur Redeemer for permission to <br />advertise its annual fall fair on November 10, 1990 by means of <br />carrying sandwich boards in Lexington center. <br />COMMITMENTS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />the commitment of the following charges: <br />October cycle 9 water bills $57 <br />September final water bills $ 1 <br />September final water bills $ 2 <br />BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES <br />Mr. white explained the need to renew a bond a n t i c i p a t i o n note <br />for the design work for the North Lexington Pump station in the <br />amount of $214,000. It had been the intention to permanently bond <br />that amount in October but it had been advised by the Revenue <br />Officer, Robert Ebersole, to delay the permanent bonding until <br />after the November 6 election, when more will be known about the <br />State's economy. <br />
