This program assists mentally, physically and /or frail elders who cannot receive service at the Senior center. The Human Service committee recommends the approval of the $3,500 request by this agency. The Committee recommended strengthening n the g following areas: Improved billing /reporting system; development o • and a Lexington client census/outreach f a scholarship policy, sus /outreach program. CMARC Mrs. Cochin reported on the $11,000 budget request o q f the Central Middlesex Association for Retarded Citizens, which is supported by the Human Services Committee, Mrs. Cochin described the Ag r p which offers education and training to handicapped adults with the oal of a g ssisting them to work toward competitive employment, CMARC now provides services t them to 0 19 Lexington residents, helping move toward economic independence and, the Committee believes, provides a valuable service to L ' Mr. Eddison thanked the exington.
