SALARY ADJUSTMENTS AND COLLECTIVE <br /> BARGAINING SETTLEMENTS <br /> (The following Town Meeting Members and Town Meeting Members at <br /> Large have indicated that they would abstain from voting on this <br /> article: William W. Welch, Jr., Richard M_ Perry, Laurel A. <br /> Macauda (all in writing) <br /> Lincoln P. Cole, Jr. (Would not vote on Board of Appeals items <br /> but would vote on any other items if voted on separately) <br /> Mary R. McDonough) <br /> Presented by John F.
