ADJOURNED,SESSION - 1991 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING <br /> APRIL 3„1$91 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Moderator Margery M. Battin, at <br /> 8:00 p.m. , in Cary Memorial Hall. <br /> A quorum was present. <br /> 8:00 p.m. The invocation was offered by Reverend Alfred Mattes, <br /> Church of Our Redeemer (retired). <br /> ARTICLE 2. Reports <br /> 8:06 p.m. Martha Wood, Planning Board, noted the supplementary <br /> information supplied by the Board on Article 31, Parking Factors, <br /> 8:08 p.m. Jacquelyn Smith, Board of Selectmen, reported on the <br /> Board's meeting with Senator Havern and the need to postpone the <br /> budget articles to wait for possible alternatives. Mrs. Smith made <br /> the following motion: <br /> that the vote which previously passed under Article 4 to <br /> postpone until April 22nd articles 4, 5, 12, 14, 22, 25, <br /> 26, 27, and 28, be amended to further postpone said <br /> articles until Monday, May 20, 1991,. and that they then <br /> be taken up sequentially at that Lime. <br /> Following a voice vote at 8:11 p.m. , the Moderator declared <br /> postponement to May 20. <br /> ; <br /> ARTICLE 35. Zoning By-Law; Private Postal Services <br /> MOTION <br /> That the Zoning By-Law be amended by inserting under Section 4.2, <br /> TABLE 1, Permitted Uses and Development Standards, Part B <br /> Did not Commercial Uses, a new line 7.27, as follows: <br /> pass "7.27 Private postal service" and under the headings indicated, the <br /> ee p.472 following symbols: <br /> CN CRS CS CB CLO CRO CM <br /> N Y <br /> 8:12 p.m. Presented by Ronald Colwell, P4. <br /> 8:15 p.m. Roger DuPont continued the explanation. <br /> 8:28 p.m. Martha Wood moved that the report of the Planning Board <br /> on this article be accepted and place on file. Following a voice <br /> vote at 8:28 p.m. , the Moderator declared the report to have been <br /> accepted and placed on file. <br /> Mrs. Wood explained why the Planning Board was opposed to this <br /> particular location in the center. <br /> There was discussion for and against. <br />
