( Annual Town Meeting - April 5, 1 982.) 8 <br /> Article 4. Responding to Margaret F. Rawl's question, Mr. Hutchinson, Town <br /> (Cont.) Manager, explained that the town should receive whatever money is <br /> expected from General Revenue Sharing Funds but that Revenue <br /> Sharing will probably be through by 1983. Comptroller Richard M. <br /> Perry stated that the town receives approximately $110,000. per <br /> quarter from Revenue Sharing. There is a $550,000 balance left <br /> from last year which is available for the next fiscal year. <br /> 9:50 P.M. <br /> #8525 Tax and Bond Anticipation Loans 67,000 <br /> 8550 Maturing Debt 1,050,000 <br /> 9:50 P.M. <br /> (Comptroller Richard M. Perry gave written notice that he would abstain <br /> from voting on Article 4. Moderator Lincoln P. Cole, Jr. and Town Clerk <br /> Mary R.
