AIR MASKS /COMPRESSOR <br /> Presented by Stephen Michael Politi. <br /> MOTION: That the sum of $38,000 be appropriated for the purchase <br /> of air masks and a compressor for the Fire Department, and that <br /> such amount be raised in the tax levy. <br /> 10:15 P.M. <br /> Mr. Politi said that there were three components in this article, <br /> listing them as follows: (1) purchase of twenty -four air masks - <br /> $19,500. (2) purchase of fifty spare tanks - $2,500. (3) purchase <br /> of air compressor - $16,000. He added that each of the above <br /> amounts have been reduced by the amount of the trade -in price. The <br /> new masks weigh 23 lbs. compared to the 33 lbs. of the old ones. <br /> There was a question of leasing or purchasing but purchasing seemed <br /> the best way to go. <br /> Motion offered under Article 25 declared adopted unanimously. <br /> 10:25 P.M. <br /> William J. Dailey, Jr. served notice of reconsideration of Article 22. <br /> 10:25 P.M. <br /> Article 26. LEXPRESS <br /> MINI -BUS TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM <br /> (See <br /> Pages James F.
