MOTION: That the Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen be <br /> authorized to issue Highway Reimbursement Notes of the Town in the <br /> amount of $232,726 under G.L. c. 44, sec. 6, as amended, in antici- <br /> pation of reimbursement by the Commonwealth for highway reconstruction <br /> (See and improvements under the authority of Chapter 90 of the General Laws <br /> Pages as funded by Chapter 351. and 732 of the Acts of 1981 and Chapter 570 <br /> 113, of the Acts of 1980 and that notes issued for a shorter period than <br /> 114, 139, two years may be refunded by the issue of new notes maturing within <br /> 141 - two years from the date of the original obligation; and that the <br /> 145 Selectmen are authorized to accept highway funds from all sources, <br /> provided that no monies shall be spent for the design, development <br /> or construction of any part of Bedford St. <br /> Weiss <br /> Ephraim/moved to postpone action on this article until Monday, <br /> April 26, 1982. 8:52 P.M. <br /> The Moderator explained, that if Mr. Weiss's motion was adopted and <br /> postponement prevailed, the article in total, that is, main motion <br /> as amended, would be alive and time would stand still. <br /> 8:56 P.M. <br /> Mr. Busa supported the motion to postpone. 9:02 P.M. <br /> Mr. Wei_ss's motion to postpone action on Article 15 as amended <br /> until April 26, 1982 was declared adopted by voice vote. 9:02 P.M. <br /> William T.
