It is strictly performance based. 9:55 p.m. <br /> Sheldon Spector, Precinct 8, asked if the Police Force is fully <br /> manned. The Town Manager stated that there are 3 positions short. <br /> 9:55 p.m. <br /> 551-102 Administration 325 <br /> Julian Bussgang, Precinct 4, asked the Selectmen about the <br /> disposition of the Emergency Funds and the emergencies in the Public <br /> Works Department. He is against lumping items into very big line item <br /> budgets. Does the Appropriations Committee have the authority to <br /> appropriate additional funds when certain line items have emergency <br /> situations and is the amount too small? John Eddison and Harvey Lowell of the Human Services Committee <br /> explained the rationale behind their figure. 10:02 p.m. <br /> Cary Memorial Library <br /> 601-101 Personal Services 704,447 <br /> 601-102 Expenses 207,750 <br /> (Of which $3,065 is to be transferred from <br /> the County Dog License Fees. $21,587.00 in <br /> Regular State Aid and $8,546.00 in Supplemental <br /> State Aid to Public Libraries is also available <br /> for use by the Trustees of the Library.) <br /> Board of Retirement <br /> 071-118 Contributory Pension Fund 1,814,047 <br /> 071-120 Pension Funding 300,000 <br /> (Of which $300,000.00 is to be transferred from <br /> the Reserve Fund-Overlay Surplus.) <br /> William Welch, Precinct 2, asked for a breakdown of the Fund as to <br /> input and interest.
