Cristina will be following up with the Town to confirm a link for the forum webinar to <br /> be posted in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A brief discussion about the building being used as a residence led Anne to confirm that it <br /> always supported a residence (page 913 in the report liststs resident occupants). <br /> Paul recommended that we focus on the "dream mandate" versus such things as the cost of <br /> accessible restrooms. <br /> Anne noted that we should be open to public-private partnerships. <br /> Jeff noted that his calculations showed 1600 sf per floor, 3200 sf total for the Stone Building <br /> at present. <br /> The committee is in agreement that we should add another meeting to the calendar between <br /> April 15 (next meeting) and 29 (forum) to make sure we are ready for the forum. Mark offered <br /> to set up a Doodle Poll to find the best day/time. <br /> Adjournment <br /> The committee adjourned shortly after 9am - motioned by Anne, seconded by Paul with <br /> unanimous approval (Les not in attendance at this time). <br /> 2 <br />
