Ad Hoc Stone Building Feasibility/Reuse Committee <br /> Town of Lexington, MA <br /> MINUTES - April 1, 20218:00 AM <br /> Attending: Jill Hai (Select Board Liaison), Cristina Burwell, Lester Savage, Anne Grady, <br /> Melinda Nasardinov, Mark Manasas, Paul Smyke, Carolyn Goldstein, Jeff Howry (Chair), Meg <br /> Muckenhoupt (Appropriations Committee Liaison), Claire Feingold Thoryn (Cary Library <br /> Trustees Liaison) <br /> Absent: Devan Marks <br /> Recording Secretary: Cristina Burwell <br /> Community Observers: Jaclyn Anderson <br /> Roll Call & Reading of Statement on Use of Virtual Meetings began the meeting at 8:10 am <br /> Approval of Minutes (March 18, 2021) was motioned by Mark, seconded by Les, with <br /> unanimous committee approval. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS - none <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> PUBLIC FORUM - Community outreach <br /> We have a contact list of organizations and media outlets to announce the <br /> forum. It was proposed to send two emails, the first one to hold the date and <br /> the second to provide details about the forum. The goal is to have the first <br /> email out Monday 4/5. We also have an official Town email account to receive and <br /> store email responses: stonebLdgcmte@Lexingtonma.gov . <br /> Carolyn presented the press release. She will work with Anne on a few minor <br /> details before sharing that later this week to be shared with the public. <br /> The forum date/time(s) was proposed for April 29, 10am and 7pm <br /> Approval of the forum date/time(s), as well as the press release (with the exception of <br /> minor factual changes as needed) was motioned by Paul, seconded by Mark with <br /> unanimous committee approval <br /> Melinda volunteered to draft content for the forum, and Paul and Jeff volunteered to <br /> help. This will be presented at the next committee meeting for review and approval. <br /> 1 <br />
