Review Working Group assignments <br /> Carol Kowalski reviewed the working group assignments. It was noted that <br /> members could join other working groups. There was a discussion about adding <br /> other members of the CPAC to the Natural Resources/Open Space Working <br /> Group since there is presently only one member of the CPAC. <br /> Members of the CPAC discussed the Public Facilities Working Group efforts <br /> associated with LexingtonNext. <br /> V. Discussion of the upcoming meeting schedule <br /> The CPAC discussed the upcoming meeting schedule. Sarah Felton, Co-Chair, <br /> questioned if meeting minutes were being taken or if the transcript for the <br /> meeting would act as the minutes. Carol Kowalski stated that she would look into <br /> what is required of the CPAC relative to meeting minutes. Amanda Loomis noted <br /> that minute minutes for the January 26 and this meeting would be ready for the <br /> next CPAC meeting in March. <br /> Richard Canale thanked the CPAC and wished them luck over the next few <br /> months after leaving the Planning Board. The CPAC discussed vacancies on the <br /> CPAC and the CPAC Liaison position that will be open. <br /> Hema Bhatt moved that the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) <br /> adjourn. Chris Herbert seconded the motion. The Comprehensive Plan Advisory <br /> Committee (CPAC) voted in favor of motion 9-0-0. MOTION PASSED <br /> z <br />
