There are many areas where the trees are not an <br /> issue. <br /> Responses from the Applicant: <br /> — None of the parking is in Lexington. Only part of the beach area and trail are in <br /> Lexington <br /> — The trail is shifting mostly on the Lexington side, a couple of feet upland to minimize the <br /> impact to the existing trees. Want to shift the trail material away from the bank. <br /> — There is a cost-balance because we are working with existing trails. Looking at that <br /> where we can as much as possible. <br />
