Clifford, stated moving the garage to the left would be challenging for access to <br /> cars. Also because they are so close to the border of the next parcel the contractor will have to <br /> fire rate that wall and part of the structure around the side. <br /> On a motion by Jeanne K. Krieger and seconded by Norman P. Cohen, the Board voted 4-1 <br /> (David G. Williams in opposition), to grant a SPECIAL PERMIT in accordance with the Zoning <br /> By-Law (Chapter 135 of the Code of Lexington) section(s) 135-9.4 and 135-8.4.2 to allow the <br /> reconstruction of a non-conforming structure. <br />
