The applicant is proposing to demolish and rebuild a single family dwelling with portions of the dwelling within the 50 foot buffer zone. A stone wall is proposed to be rebuilt along the 25 foot buffer zone. Per the Commission's request the applicant has provided a table showing the changes in impervious surface area. Concerns of the Commission: The Commission asked that FENO markers be installed before the stone wall is re-constructed as a special condition. The Commission asked if the dwelling could be relocated to be further away from the resource areas. Responses of the Applicant: The applicant was not able to pull the dwelling further away from the wetland due to the grading of the lot.
