3 <br /> Mr. Langseth asked if any brush clearing or restoration will be required. <br /> Ms. Jett stated that no major clearing is necessary. <br /> Mr. Langseth asked that a condition be added stating that, if any is any clearing of vegetation <br /> is done, the area will be reseeded and restored. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 6-0 to close the <br /> hearing. <br /> 7:03pm <br /> DEP 201-1141 BL 1098 <br /> NOI, 33 Hayden Avenue <br /> Applicant: Dicerna Pharmaceuticals Inc. <br /> Project: Site Improvements <br /> Mr. Nick Skoly and Mr. Jake Kucharsky presented before the Commission. <br /> The project includes a proposed extension to the rear loading dock and a proposed installation <br /> of a patio. The 100 foot buffer zone extends at the edge of rear patio. Two separate <br /> stormwater systems will be installed. There is an outlet pipe that will discharge before the 25 <br /> foot"do not disturb" zone. The previously approved front stormwater system will be <br /> increased in capacity. <br /> Chairman Hamilton read the engineering memo into the record. <br /> Mr. Langseth raised his concern about erosion protection for the rear outlet. <br /> Mr. Skoly and Mr. Langseth discussed the design of the rear outlet system. <br /> Mr. Langseth asked for the size of the stone for the energy dissipation apron. <br /> Mr. Skoly stated that the stones used will be nominally 6 inches. <br /> Mr. Langseth asked to include a condition regarding the size of the stone to be a minimum of <br /> 6 inches in size or a D50 of 6 inches, unless further calculations demonstrated that a smaller <br /> size was adequate. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 6-0 to close <br /> the hearing. <br /> 7:15pm <br /> Amendment to an Order of Conditions <br /> Rangeway Extension DEP 201-968 BL 926 <br />
