2 <br /> On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 5-0 to accept <br /> the minutes from 5-20-2019. <br /> Review site visit scheduled for June 29th, 2019 (meetingon n July 8th, 2019) <br /> Commissioners will visit the site at their leisure. <br /> Buffer Zone Performance Standards Amendments to Regulations <br /> The MACC publication will be published soon regarding buffer zone performance standards. <br /> Mr. Beuttell arrived at this time. <br /> Reports <br /> The Selectmen will be conducting their goal setting meeting in July. Mr. Langseth will be <br /> attending on behalf of the Conservation Commission. The Commission should plan to discuss <br /> their goals at the July 8r-,, 2019 Conservation Commission meeting. The design and <br /> engineering of Willard's Woods will be a focus in the coming year. <br /> 7:00 pm <br /> New Public Meetings/Hearings <br /> DEP 201-1140 BL 1097 <br /> NOI, Waltham Street at Brookside Avenue <br /> Applicant: Town of Lexington Engineering Department <br /> Project: Phase six of sewer line project <br /> Ms. Amanda Jett and Mr. David Pavlik presented before the Commission. <br /> Ms. Jett stated that they will bypass the sewer flows from one manhole to another. They will <br /> run a fused bypass pipe through the culvert. Fused joints will be used while in the resource <br /> areas. A trailer will be able to be backed up onto the property. A secondary containment area <br /> around tanks with fuels will be provided. The work will be completed during normal working <br /> hours sometime in July or August when water levels will be at their lowest. <br /> Mr. Beuttell asked if the path will be accessible during construction. <br /> Ms. Jett confirmed that it will be accessible. <br /> Mr. Langseth asked how they intend to fuel the equipment during construction. <br /> Ms. Jett explained that the equipment requires diesel. The fuel will be carried by hand in gas <br /> canisters. The fueling will be done inside the secondary containment area. <br />
