<br />The Commission concurred. <br /> <br />Ms. Mullins asked if the Commission would like to know what the proposed elevation is of <br />the new construction. <br /> <br />Chairman Hamilton agreed. <br /> <br />On a motion by Mr. Langseth and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 6-0 to <br />continue the hearing at the applicant’s request until May 13, 2019. <br /> <br />DEP 201-1132 BL 1089 <br />NOI, 188 Waltham Street <br />Applicant: John and Bree Aldridge <br />Project: proposed one story addition within the 100-foot BVW Buffer Zone <br />Documents Received: NOI application/plans/drainage (4-9-2019) <br /> <br />Mr. Kirby presented before the Commission. Mr. Kirby stated that the applicants are <br />proposing to construct a two car garage with a one story addition in the rear of their property. <br />The applicants will remove the brick pavers and replace them with porous pavement. An <br />infiltration system will be installed on the side of the property adjacent to a second means of <br />access. There will be minimum grading.
