The proposed project will reduce impervious area <br /> by about 1,000 sq. feet. There will be roof drywells to mitigate water runoff which will be <br /> directed to subsurface chambers. The driveway installed will be an impervious driveway. <br /> Chairman Hamilton read the engineering memo into the record. <br /> Mr. Beuttell asked how the wetland delineation was performed. Mr. Beuttell noted that the <br /> wetland data forms were not submitted and that they must comply with MassDEP guidelines as <br /> well as the town Bylaws. <br /> Ms. Obendorf stated that the wetland forms can be provided and reviewed. <br />
