2 <br /> Execute Trail License: 18 Bacon Street (M.23 P.25)permits public access across existing trail <br /> traversing private property to connect Dunback Meadow Conservation Area <br /> Mr. Charles Horning, the property owner at 18 Bacon Street,presented before the Commission. <br /> Mr. Horning ask that proper signage be installed and maintained by the Conservation <br /> Department. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 6-0 to approve the <br /> license. <br /> Approve Meeting Minutes: February 25, 2019 <br /> On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted to approve the <br /> meeting minutes subject to final edits. <br /> Review site visit schedule for March 25 <br /> The Commission decided to postpone the site visits if snow cover prevented them from a <br /> sufficient inspection. <br /> 7pm <br /> Continued Public Meetings <br /> DET 19-4 <br /> RDA, Intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Worthen Road <br /> Applicant: Town of Lexington Engineering <br /> Project: General improvements including sidewalk and roadway reconstruction, median <br /> modification and removal, drainage improvements, etc. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 6-0 to continue <br /> the public hearing until March 25, 2019, at the applicant's request. <br /> New Public Meetings/Hearings <br /> DET 19-10 <br /> RDA, 678 Lowell Street <br /> Applicant: Preetesh Shrivastava <br /> Project: Installation of a shed <br /> Mr. Preetesh Shrivastava presented before the Commission. <br /> Mr. Shrivastava stated that he will be installing a 16' by 14' shed which will sit on the paved <br /> driveway. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission issued a negative <br /> determination with conditions. <br />
