Minutes for the Meeting of January 8, 2019 Page 2 <br /> Economic Development Working Group—Chris, Sarah, Ray <br /> Working groups will have stand-alone meetings facilitated by staff and consultant. <br /> Goal is for working groups to have an initial meeting before January 29"'. <br /> **********JANUARY PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC WORKSHOP********** <br /> Comprehensive Plan presentation to be scheduled during first two weeks of February(aiming for <br /> 2/6). <br /> CPAC members would attend to discuss the process made to date,progress made in working <br /> groups, demographics report, and our timeline for the project. <br /> Meeting would also include breakout sessions with each working group. <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 2002/2003****************** <br /> CPAC members will revisit the 2002/2003 plan, especially sections relevant to their working <br /> groups. <br /> Planning Staff will share examples of comprehensive plans from other cities that contain similar <br /> themes and are structured in a way that aligns with the CPAC goals for the comprehensive plan. <br /> 2019 CPAC MEETING SCHEDULE****************** <br /> Going forward, meetings will be held the last Tuesday of each month(this means two meetings in <br /> January). <br /> MEETING ADJOURNED****************** <br /> ACTION: on a motion duly made and seconded the Committee voted to adjourn at 9:06pm.
