COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> January 8, 2019 <br /> The meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC), held in the Parker Room, <br /> 1625 Massachusetts Ave, was called to order at 7:30pm, by Co-Chair Sarah Felton. CPAC <br /> members: Deepak Amenani, Matthew Daggett, Sarah Felton, Leonard Morse-Fortier, Patrick <br /> Sullivan, Hema Bhatt, and Ruixi Yuan were present. The CPAC meeting was also attended by <br /> Town Staff Carol Kowalski, Molly Belanger, HSH consultant Jeff Dietrich and Selectman Joe <br /> Patto. Planning Board members Richard Canale and Ginna Johnson were also present. <br /> GENERAL UPDATE & STAFF UPDATE <br /> Molly Belanger was introduced to the CPAC. Molly recently joined the town's planning staff. <br /> TREND REPORTS****************** <br /> Comments on the Demographic and Land Use reports from the last CPAC meeting have not been <br /> incorporated into the version shared during this meeting but will be before public presentation. <br /> Public presentation of Land Use and Demographics reports will be scheduled by staff in late <br /> January or early February. <br /> Any additional feedback from CPAC members should be sent to Molly by 1115. <br /> An Economic Development Trend Report is currently in development. <br /> WORKING GROUPS****************** <br /> Three working groups, each with four members, will first focus on themes of housing, <br /> transportation and economic development, then move on to next three themes—land use (full <br /> group), natural and historic resources, and public facilities. <br /> Housing Working Group—Carol Sue, Camille, Matt, Leonard <br /> Transportation Working Group—Stacey, Hema, Pat, Deepak <br />
