5 <br /> Mr. Chris Nowak of VHB presented before the Commission. <br /> Mr. Nowak stated that for the project they will be bringing in a fourth feeder electrical line onto <br /> the site at the northern edge of the facility. They will additionally be installing a new duct bank. <br /> Outside of the buffer zone there will be draining improvements made on the property in <br /> conjunction with some parking area reconstruction. <br /> Mr. Beuttell asked if vegetation removal could be well documented and provided to the <br /> Commission. <br /> Mr. Nowak stated that there will be vegetation removal about 20 feet off of the rear of the <br /> building. <br /> Mr. Beuttell stated that there are obvious erosion problems on the property. <br /> Mr. Langseth raised his concerns over the hill slope work. Mr. Langseth continued on to state <br /> that much of the proposed work is left to the contractor to fulfill without enough detail for the <br /> Commission to evaluate at this time. <br /> Mr. Nowak stated that in order to prepare for the work by the contractor they will be installing <br /> additional erosion controls. <br /> Mr. Langseth agreed that installing additional controls will be helpful but the contractor will still <br /> be obligated to abide by the conservation permit. <br /> Mr. Novak stated that they have test pit information. <br /> Mr. Beuttell and Mr. Novak discussed the concerns regarding the proposed drainage system. <br /> On a motion made by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Mr. Bitsko the Commission voted 7-0 to <br /> continue the hearing until January 281h, 2019, at the applicant's request. <br /> 8:O1pm <br /> Continued Public Hearings <br /> DEP File No. 201-1116, BL 1073 <br /> NOI, 4 Lake Street <br /> Applicant: Richard Chan <br /> Project: Installation of brick patio within the 100ft.
