4 Mr. Langseth stated that there appears to be a Swale along the property line that drains to the depression in the rear of the property. An abutter, Mr. Edison Tan located at 15 Longfellow Road raised his concerns. He stated that a couple of times per year following storms that a very large area of water accumulates among several abutting properties. An abutter, Ms. Susan Foster located at 8 Longfellow Road raised her concerns. Ms. Foster stated that it is not just in the winter when water collects. She stated that if the land in the rear of the property is filled then the water will be displaced and will pool to a greater degree on the abutting properties. On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Mr. Wolk, the Commission voted 7-0 to continue the hearing at the applicant's request until the meeting of January 28. 7:18pm DET 18-27 RDA, 27 Constitution Road Applicant: DPW, Town of Lexington Project: Upgrade to existing Constitution Road Wastewater Pump Station Mark Barrett of the Lexington DPW presented before the Commission. Mr. Barrett stated that the wastewater station was constructed in 1973. It is currently reaching the end of its useful life. Mr. Barrett stated that the wet well will stay in place. A new valve pit will be installed adjacent to the wet well within the right of way. Mr. Barrett explained that the trench work will be take place in the street. They will be using compost silt socks and catch basins. Mr. Barrett explained that the wetlands are not delineated but they are aware that it is the head waters of Kiln Brook is nearby. Mr. Bitsko confirmed that they plan on removing one tree for the proposed work.
