At a metting of the Select men of Lexington March 2 1718/9 They ordered the Clark to ishew out warrants to ofeices the Consta to warne the persha Chosen to ofice to be that day so to attend on friday folowing to be warned Sworn to ther respective ofec s: But by reason of sum hindrance it was not atended that day. At a Meeting of the Select men march 13, 1718/9. the town Clerk made oath to his ofice and So at. Sundry Clerk other times the most of the ofers made oath to Sworn ther respective ofoses the Select men being present Each time as the law directs. At a meetting of the Select men of Lexington May 4 1719 then agreed with the Widow Poulter to Sweep the meeting house for ye terme of one year the year to begin on ye 17 May currant Date the 5 dura- tion of the terme She shall have out of the treasury of Sd Town At a meet Leiut Munr oe to ring the bell Likewise town mee ting (24) ing of the Select men of Lexington May 4th 1719 then they agreed with Leine.
