Hastings Update— Michael Burton & Christina Shefferman (Dore & Whittier), Donna DiNisco & <br /> Vivian Low (DiNisco Design), Frank Morse (Walsh Brothers) <br /> Minutes submitted by Christina Shefferman. <br /> Dore &Whittier to present 60% CD Estimate for review and acceptance. Agenda: <br /> • 60% CD Cost Estimate Reconciliation Recap <br /> • Construction Budget Comparison/Progression <br /> • Total Project Budget <br /> • Value Engineering <br /> Approval to submit 60% CD Submission <br /> • -Reconciliation recap: <br /> • Reconciliation held w/ DiNisco, Walsh, & DWMP on 5/18/18 @ WBI Office <br /> • Estimates from Walsh Brothers and AM Fogerty were reconciled to a .35% Variance <br /> • AMF Reconciled estimate to be used for 60% CD Submission to MSBA(June 4th, 2018) <br /> o Budget Development (side by side slide): <br /> $52,973,418 TPB (PFA) same as last meeting <br /> o Under budget by $17,828 Contingency's change/decrease as design is developed <br /> 0 60% CD Cost Estimate Summary: <br /> Remaining construction (to buy) $29,438,987 <br /> Recommend tonight the $17,828 goes back into escalation, maintain number <br /> (MSBA, will take grant money back, so want to keep same number) <br /> o Total Project Budget: <br /> Total Construction cost (including recommended VE) $52,973,418 <br /> Soft Costs $10,306,000 <br /> 201 BEDFORD STREET 9 LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 <br />
