26 <br /> SECT.4. Any Judge or Justice of any Police Court in the County of <br /> Middlesex, and any Trial Justice in said County, sball have jurisdiction <br /> of the offences mentioned in these By-Laws, and authority to enforce the <br /> same. Any Constable or Police Officer in this town may serve warrants <br /> and other processes necessary for the enforcement of the same, and the <br /> costs and fines shall be the same as allowed in criminal prosecutions before <br /> said Courts or Magistrates. <br /> SECT. 5. The By-Laws of the town relative to truancy heretofore <br /> adopted, are hereby repealed. <br /> Voted, That the School Committee be directed to submit these By- <br /> Laws to the Judge of the proper Court for approval, and to cause the <br /> same to be printed and circulated to the voters of the town. <br /> A true copy of the By-Laws, and votes relating thereto,.attest, <br /> LEONARD G.
