Mr. Briggs relayed inquiry of Everett J. Tingley with respect to need <br />for an additional public hearing (or hearings) if he chooses to with- <br />draw his plan for Blossom Hill Estates P.U.D., and submit either a <br />conventional subdivision plan or a revised P.U.D. plan. It was agreed <br />that in either case new hearing(s) would be necessary for substantially <br />different plan. Gaillard court action against the Board of Appeals <br />regarding the P.U.D. permit, and Planning Board procedures pending <br />settlement, were discussed. <br />Copies of the "Summary of the Master Plan <br />were distributed to the members.
