Dunning, showing land at Lowell St., <br />requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />Dr. Friedman, who attended the Governor's Hanscom Task Force meeting on NOISE ABATEMENT <br />May 18, relayed to the Board the request of Allan F. Kenney for its re- BILL <br />view and recommendations on the Airport Noise Bill. Maps, showing levels <br />of noise affecting areas adjacent to Hanscom Field, were distributed, and <br />details of the Bill were explained. Dr. Friedman agreed to draft a letter <br />of Planning Board recommdnations for review of the Board in establishing <br />its position on the Bill. <br />Mr. Briggs reported on inadequate condition of Kendall Road(unaccepted KENDALL GARDENS <br />street) between Grapevine Ave. and Sherburn Rd., with respect to its <br />status as a connector road for Kendall Gardens subdivision. Discussion <br />continued as to the need for the developer to obtain legal right to in- <br />stall utilities in Kendall Road.to service the development. Town Engr. <br />memo, dated May 14, 1976, containing comments on the abovementioned was <br />referred to and read in part. Mr. Briggs will inform the developer of <br />requirements to improve Kendall Rd., and the need to obtain release to <br />do so from the recorded owners. <br />
