r <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />November 11, 1974 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />by the chairman, Dr. Clarke, with members L. Brown, S. Brown, MacKenzie, <br />planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also in attend- <br />ance were Manfred Friedman, Conservation Commission, and Rosemary O'Leary, <br />Lexington Minute -Man. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by Theodore Freeman, with Application <br />Form A74-31, for purposes of recording a variance on frontage requirements <br />granted by the Board of Appeals on October 10, 1974, on Lots 9A and 10A, <br />Pitcairn Place. It was noted that reference on the plan to the B/A FORM A74-31 <br />action did not include the date of the decision. Upon a motion duly made FREEMAN <br />and seconded, it was VOTED: PITCAIRN PL. <br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated October 24, <br />1974, by R. D. Nelson, submitted with Application Form A74-31, on <br />November 6, 1974, by Theodore L. Freeman, showing Lots 9A and 10A at <br />Pitcairn Place requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The planning director was authorized to endorse the plan on behalf of <br />the Planning Board following addition of the date to the B/A notation. <br />The minutes of Planning Board meeting of October 21, 1974, were MINUTES 10.21 <br />approved as written. <br />Plans submitted by John Modoono on November 6, 1974, with Application <br />Forms A74-32 and A74-33 (previously submitted and rejected as A74-29 & 30) <br />' were reviewed, and it was agreed that adjoining parcels were not identified <br />and shown in enough detail to allow the Planning Board to judge whether <br />the proposed division was or was not subject to Subdivision Control. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated October 9, FORM A74-32 <br />1974, by Miller & Nylander, showing Lots 34 and 35, Lots 70 through MODOONO <br />77, and Parcels G through K at Webb St., submitted on November 6, 1974, WEBB ST. <br />by John Modoono with Application Form A74-32 requires approval under <br />the Subdivision Control Law. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated October 21, <br />1974, by Miller & Nylander, showing Lots 94, 959 96 and Parcels L and <br />M at Webb St., submitted on November 6, 19740 by John Modoono with <br />Application Form A74-33 requires approval under the Subdivision Control <br />Law. <br />It was noted that the 20 -day appeal period following approval of the WOODPARK EST. <br />definitive plan for Woodpark Estates will have elapsed on November 12, ENDORSEMENT <br />1974. The Board voted that the planning director be empowered to endorse <br />the plan on behalf of the Planning Board, following certification by the <br />Town Clerk that no appeal has been made. <br />Request by the developer of Springdale Estates for final release of SPRINGDALE <br />surety on the subdivision, and Town Engineer's favorable recommendation EST. BOND <br />were noted. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: RELEASE <br />
