1 <br />1 <br />Page 2 <br />11.5.73 <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />After submission of an application form properly completed, the <br />planning director shall endorse on behalf of the Planning Board that <br />the plan entitled "Plan for Agreement with Boston Edison Co., Land in <br />Lexington, Mass.", dated July 24, 1973, by Raymond C. Pressey, Inc., <br />submitted by Norman P. Cohen, Esq. for the Minuteman Regional School, <br />with Appl. Form A73-32, requires no approval under the Subdivision <br />Control Law. <br />FORM A73-32 <br />MIN.MAN REG.SCH <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by Norman Doelling, showing land FORM A73-33 <br />at Turning Mill and Robinson roads. Upon a motion duly made and second -TURNING MILL/ <br />ed, it was VOTED: ROBINSON RDS. <br />MF.T.T.T W r <br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated October <br />20 1973, by Joseph W. Moore Co., Inc., submitted on November 2, 19730 <br />by Norman Doelling with Appl. Form A73-33, showing lots 2, 2A, 2B on <br />Turning M311 and Robinson roads, requires no approval under the Sub- <br />division Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />Action on Form A73-34, submitted by Custom-Bilt Homes, showing a lot on FORM A73-34 <br />the"paper"section of Valleyfield St., was postponed pending receipt of VALLEYFIELD ST. <br />advice from Town Counsel regarding possible addition of a notation to CUSTOM-BILT <br />the plan. <br />B/A notices of hearings to be held on Nov. 20, 1973, were noted. The B/A HEARINGS <br />planning director was asked to obtain additional information on the 11.20.73 <br />McCormack petition for expanded use of a professional building at MC CORMACK <br />789 Massachusetts Ave. <br />Question for clarification was asked by Frank Sandy, Chairman of the ZONING BY LAW <br />Planning Board's Citizens' Committee for Zoning By -Law Revision, as to REVISION RE CG <br />whether the Planning Board intended that his committee include a study & CN DISTRICTS <br />of what districts should be rezoned from CG to CN. The Chairman re- <br />plied that this was not part of the primary assignment, but that the <br />Board would be interested in any suggestions. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m. <br />4;tvt� <br />MacKenzie, Clerk <br />
