Pressey, Inc., submitted by Norman P. Cohen, Esq. for the Minuteman Regional School, with Appl. Form A73-32, requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. The B/A HEARINGS planning director was asked to obtain additional information on the 11.20.73 McCormack petition for expanded use of a professional building at MC CORMACK 789 Massachusetts Ave. Question for clarification was asked by Frank Sandy, Chairman of the ZONING BY LAW Planning Board's Citizens' Committee for Zoning By -Law Revision, as to REVISION RE CG whether the Planning Board intended that his committee include a study & CN DISTRICTS of what districts should be rezoned from CG to CN.
