page 2 <br />3.12.73 <br />The Board reviewed plans of Waltham American Trust, 45 Hartwell WALTHAM AMER. <br />Avenue, and the 115 Kendall Corporation, 29 Hartwell Ave., as TRUST <br />submitted for Board of Appeals Finding and Determination hearings F&D-3/20/73 <br />on March 20, 1973. The plans for the proposed expansion of parking <br />lot at Waltham American Trust and 115 Kendall Corp. plans for addition <br />to the building tenanted by Data Resources and construction of a canopy <br />at the entrance of Signatron, Inc. were reviewed. No adverse comments <br />were made by members or by Mr. Holzbog, DAC. Mr. Briggs was asked to <br />draft the required statement of Planning Board recownedetfons for <br />review on March 17. <br />Draft of Planning Board request to the Board of Selectmen for con- HARTWELL PARK <br />struction of a section of sewer line on Hartwell Ave. extending to the SEWER <br />intersection of Hartwell P1. and Hartwell Ave. was reviewed. It was <br />voted to approve the draft. <br />Written request by Ernest Outhet, Woodbridge Realty, Inc. dated WOODBRIDGE EST, <br />Feb. 2, 1973, for release of $1,000 bond on the Woodbridge Estates BOND RELEASE <br />subdivision, and engineering department report dated March 12, 1973, <br />on the completion of work at Nickerson Rd. were noted. Upon a motion <br />duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The construction of ways and the installation of utilities <br />to serve lots on Nickerson Road from station 0 to the end at <br />Station 16+82 having been completed in accordance with the <br />terms of the Agreement dated October 16, 1967, the <br />obligations of the developer, Trustees of Woodbridge Realty, <br />under said agreement and the penal sum of the New Hampshire <br />Insurance Company surety bond 92-64-78, dated October 13,1967, <br />and reduced by vote of the Planning Board on September 22,1969, <br />from $15,000 to $1,000, is hereby released in full, as <br />recommended by the Town Engineer. <br />A letter from the Conservation Commission re Hatch Act hearing to be Middlesex <br />held on March 23, 1973, on Middlesex Swim and Tennis Club construction SWIM & TENNIS <br />of additional courts was noted. CLUB HATCH ACT <br />Board of Appeals notices of hearings to be held on March 20, 1973, <br />were noted. <br />Dr. Clarke reported on his telephone conference on March 12 with WCOP WETLAND ART. <br />radio station manager with respect to restrictions on Plough Corp. WCOP <br />land resultant from proposed Wetland Protection rezoning. Mr. Briggs <br />reported on the schedule for appointments with all other affected <br />landowners during the forthcoming week. <br />Site plan for Drummer Boy condominium proposal was displayed. Mr. DRUMMER BOY <br />Holzbog commented unfavorably on the road configuration and alignment <br />of buildings as shown. <br />Content of a statement of Planning Board position on Article 39 to be MERIAM ST. <br />made at Town Meeting with respect to justification and design of the PARKING LOT <br />Meriam St. parking lot extension and treatment of a 10 foot buffer EXTENSION <br />strip between the parking lot and Grant Place residentially zoned land <br />was discussed.
