Page 2 <br />2.19.73 <br />was considered. Mrs. Gilson, LWV representative, informed the Board of <br />the League's view regarding maintenance of Planning Board policy con- <br />cerning moderate- but not necessarily low-income housing features in RM <br />rezoning proposals. Discussion of the Drummer Boy hearing was tabled <br />pending receipt from the developer of a contour map of the site. <br />A town -wide map, showing latest revisions of the proposed "Wetland Protec- <br />tion" zones prepared by Dr. Clarke, was displayed. The Board voted author- <br />ization of publication of the map (to be labelled "proposed") in the Lexing- <br />ton Minute -Man on 2/22/73, accompanied by an explanatory statement. Mr. WETLAND ART. <br />Costello questioned legality of changes to the Wetland maps after legal ad- <br />vertising and public examination. Plans for procedures at the forthcoming <br />public hearing on 2/22 were discussed. PUBLIC INFO MT( <br />Mr. Brown informed the Board of arrangements to have the Munroe Brook MUNROE BROOK <br />Meadow Area Study Summary published in the Lexington Minute -Man. MEADOW STUDY <br />At 10:25 p.m., upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />To go into executive session for discussion of matters the dis- EXEC. SESSION <br />closure of which might adversely affect the financial interest of the <br />Town or the reputation of any person. <br />Following discussion of the scope of the Wetland Protection Article, <br />open session was resumed at 11:15 p.m. and the meeting was adjourned. <br />1 <br />Thomas F.
