PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' November 244 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the Planning Board Office, Town <br />Office Building, on Monday, November 24, 1958 at <br />7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, Members <br />Abbott, Burnell, and Soule. Town Counsel Stevens <br />was present from 8:20 to 8:35 p.m. <br />The Board approved the minutes of its Nov- <br />ember 17, 1958 meeting. MINUTES <br />Approved also by the Board were the follow- <br />ing bills which had been submitted for payment: BILLS <br />Collins Typewriter Co., replacement of ratchet -- <br />$5.50; Terrence J. Boyle, professional services, <br />November 10 through 141 1958--$27.50. <br />Considered next by the Board was the fol- <br />lowing Form A application for determination of <br />Planning Board jurisdiction - <br />#58 -73s submitted November 2h, 1958 by <br />' Robert S. Marsh, attorney for Robert W. <br />and Genevieve J. Saumsiegle; plan entitled <br />"Plan of Land in Lexington -Mass.", Scale: <br />1" = 401, dated Nov. 4, 1958, Miller & <br />Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, It was unani- <br />MOu $ly <br />VOTED: That the Board determines that the plan <br />accompanying Form A application #58-73 <br />does not r equire approval under the Sub- <br />division Control Law, and that said plan <br />be so endorsed. <br />Considered also by the Board was Mr. <br />Frederic K. Johnson's proposal for re -zoning the <br />lot numbered 25 Bedford Street from single family <br />residence to general business use. (See minutes <br />of the November 10, 1958 Planning Board meeting.) <br />It was decided to write Mr. Johnson a letter <br />stating that the Board had not changed its views <br />on the matter as set forth in the Board's report <br />on the amendment to the Zoning by-law proposed by <br />' Article 6 of the Warrant for the Special Town Meet- <br />ing on September 15, 195F.
