2-24-58 <br />IIF*a <br />I <br />ADDENDUM <br />February 18, 1958 <br />Lexin^ton Planning Board <br />Town Office Building <br />Lexington, Massachusetts <br />Gentlemen: <br />Re: Vine Brook Realty Trust <br />I was given to understand by Mr. Snow and by your <br />Chairman, Mr. Grindle, that I would receive a letter re- <br />garding the proposed lotting in the latest plan filed <br />with your Boar d, said Milan being dated February 6, 1958. <br />I understand your Board desires to change the <br />F'asterly radius of the proposed road at the intersection <br />of Winthrop Road. We are agreeable to doing so although <br />I question the advisability of so doing since it will <br />lend itself to improper and illegal left turns for ve- <br />hicles travelling in a --fJesterly direction on to the pro- <br />posed road. <br />Pending the question of the Waltham Street widen- <br />ing, the Trustee of the Vine Brook Realty Trust would <br />appreciate an approval of lots numbered 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, <br />12, 13, 17s 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, '-4, and 25. Re: Vine Brook Realty Trust <br />Dear Mr. Tropeano: <br />Reference is made to your letter of February 181 <br />1958. <br />The plan to which ,you refer was studied by the <br />Board and discussed with Mr. Nylander and the Town Engi- <br />neering Department. The one print left with the Board <br />' was given to the Engineering Department with the request <br />that it recommend a location for the proposed extension <br />of Worthen Road southeasterly of Waltham Street and also <br />discuss with the County Engineer the re -location of the <br />
