FORMS A Taken under consideration were the following <br />Form A applications for determination of Planning <br />Board jurisdiction: <br />#58-132 submitted on February 18, 1958 by <br />Samuel E. Seegel, attorney for Robert J. and <br />Eileen M. Cuddyer; plan entitled "Plan of <br />Land in Lexinmton-Mass.", Scale: 1" = 101, <br />dated February 15, 1958s Miller & Nylander, <br />C.E.'s and Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. <br />#58-141 submitted on February 20, 1958 by E. <br />A. Gula for Boston Edison Company; plan en- <br />titled "A -341 -Lexington", Scale: 1" = 40', <br />dated Dec. 2, 1957, Boston Edison Company, <br />Engineer-ing and Construction Department, F. <br />M. Staszesky, Supt. <br />After motion duly made, and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: That the Bo, --Td determines that thedans <br />accompanying Form A applications #5t-13 and <br />#58-14 do not require approval and that said <br />plans be signed bearing the endorsement "Lex- <br />ington Planning Board approval under Sub- <br />division <br />ub division Control Law not required." <br />The Board discussed with Mr. Stevens his Feb- <br />ruary 21,1958 letter to Mr.Snow in regard to the <br />Middle Ridge Section One subdivision plan. All <br />matters appearing to be in order, it was moved by <br />Mr. Burnell, seconded by Mr. Soule, and unanimously <br />VOTED: To release the performance bond, dated August <br />22, 1955, filed by Techbuilt, Inc., as Principal, <br />and New Amsterdam Casualty Company, as Surety, <br />in the sum of Thirty-eight Thousand and no/100 <br />dollars - (038,000) - to secure the perform- <br />ance by the subdivider of its agreement in the <br />form of an application for approval of a <br />definitive plan, Form C, dated June 20, 1955• <br />to complete the work to be performed by the <br />subdivider in the subdivision entitled "Plan <br />of Lots in Middle Ridge Lexington Mass.", dated <br />June 10, 1955. <br />Mr. Stevens left the meeting at 9:30 p.m. <br />After a general discussion of various matters ' <br />currently before the Board, the meeting adjourned at <br />9:50 p.m. <br />Levi G.
