PLANNING BOARD MUTING
<br />October 29, 1957
<br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was
<br />held in the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Building,
<br />on Tuesday, October 29, 1957 at 7:40 p.m. Present were
<br />Chairman Grindle,-Members Burnell, Jaquith and Soule
<br />and Planning Director Snow. Town Counsel Stevens was
<br />present until 8:00 p.m.
<br />All matters appearing to.be in order, the Board HANCOCK
<br />endorsed the "Hancock Heights -Section Two" definitive HEIGHTS
<br />subdivision plan, and also signed a "Certificate in SEC. 2
<br />Reference to Modification and Amendment -of Prior.
<br />Approval of Hancock Heights Subdivision. A set of
<br />Prints on cloth of said plan and the certificate of
<br />modification were given to Mr. Stevens for recording
<br />in the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds.
<br />Mr. Stevens left the meeting; at 8:00 p.m. at MINUTES
<br />which time the Board considered and approved the draft
<br />of the minutes of the October 22, 1957 meeting
<br />Considered next by the Board were the following FORMS A
