PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />October 8, 1957 <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was <br />held in the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Build- <br />ing, on Tuesday, October 8, 1957 at 7:40 p.m. Present <br />were Chairman Grindle, Members Abbott, Jaquith and <br />Soule and Planning Director Snow. <br />The Board approved the minutes of June 24 and <br />September 30, 1957. <br />Taken under consideration next were the appli- <br />cations for modification of the first section and <br />approval of the second section of the Hancock Heights <br />development. A performance bond acceptable to the <br />Town Counsel for work to be completed in Section Two <br />of said development was received by the Board. All <br />other matters appearing to be in order it was moved <br />by Mr. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Abbott and unanimously <br />VOTED: that the approval by the Planning Board of <br />the subdivision plans entitled "Hancock <br />' Hei�hts, Lexington, Mass.", dated April 23, <br />1950, recorded in Middlesex South District <br />Registry -of Deeds as Plan No.1252 (A of 2) <br />of 1956, Book 8777, End; and "Hancock <br />Heights Street Plan and Profile Linmoor <br />Terrace Lexington, Plass.", dated April 23, <br />1956 recorded in said Deeds as Plan No -1252 <br />(B of 2) of 1956, Book 8777, End; be and <br />hereby is modified and amended by eliminat- <br />ing as a way that portion of Linmoor Ter- <br />race lying north of station 4 + 16.86 shown <br />on/said Plan No. 1252 (B of 2) of 1956.', <br />It was further <br />VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan en- <br />titled "Hancock Heights Section Two Lex- <br />ington, Nass.", dated June 20, 1957 which <br />was submitted to the Board by Moore Realty <br />Trust on September 17, 1957 accompanied by <br />an application for approval of definitive <br />plan Form C, dated September 17, 1957, be <br />and hereby is approved. <br />The Board next considered the situation in re- <br />gard to the Battle Green Village, Section Two sub- <br />division.
