PLANNING BOARD MEETING October 8, 1957 A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Build- ing, on Tuesday, October 8, 1957 at 7:40 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, Members Abbott, Jaquith and Soule and Planning Director Snow. The Board approved the minutes of June 24 and September 30, 1957. Taken under consideration next were the appli- cations for modification of the first section and approval of the second section of the Hancock Heights development. A performance bond acceptable to the Town Counsel for work to be completed in Section Two of said development was received by the Board. All other matters appearing to be in order it was moved by Mr. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Abbott and unanimously VOTED: that the approval by the Planning Board of the subdivision plans entitled "Hancock ' Hei�hts, Lexington, Mass.", dated April 23, 1950, recorded in Middlesex South District Registry -of Deeds as Plan No.1252 (A of 2) of 1956, Book 8777, End; and "Hancock Heights Street Plan and Profile Linmoor Terrace Lexington, Plass.", dated April 23, 1956 recorded in said Deeds as Plan No -1252 (B of 2) of 1956, Book 8777, End; be and hereby is modified and amended by eliminat- ing as a way that portion of Linmoor Ter- race lying north of station 4 + 16.86 shown on/said Plan No. 1252 (B of 2) of 1956.', It was further VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan en- titled "Hancock Heights Section Two Lex- ington, Nass.", dated June 20, 1957 which was submitted to the Board by Moore Realty Trust on September 17, 1957 accompanied by an application for approval of definitive plan Form C, dated September 17, 1957, be and hereby is approved. The Board next considered the situation in re- gard to the Battle Green Village, Section Two sub- division.
