PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' September 30, 1957 <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held <br />in the To,..m Engineer's Room, Town Office Building, on <br />11ondav, September 30, 1957 at 7:30 p.m. Present were <br />Chairman Grindle, Members Burnell and Soule, and the <br />secretary. <br />The following bill presented for payment was <br />approved: Dewell Co., duplicating A-2 Forms -43.75. BILL <br />Taken under consideration was the following FORM A <br />Form A_.application for determination of Planning <br />Board jurisdiction: <br />#57-88, submitted on September 27, 1957 by <br />Henry A. McLaughlin; plan entitled "Plan of <br />Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated Sept. 25, <br />1957, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & Survevors. <br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously <br />' VOTED: that the plan accompanying application <br />#57-88 be signed bearing the endorsement <br />"Lexington Planning Board approval not <br />required under subdivision control law." <br />Next considered was the application of William L.C.CASE <br />E. Fitzgerald for approval of the definitive plan NO. 59$2 <br />known as L.C.Case No. 5982. A Conditional Approval - <br />Contract having been submitted and all other matters FITZGERALD <br />appearing to be in order, it was moved by Mr. Soule, <br />seconded by Mr. Burnell and unanimously <br />VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan en- <br />titled "A Subdivision of Land Court Case ¢#5982 <br />in Lexington -Mass.", dated May 1, 1956; <br />which was submitted to the Board by William <br />E. Fitzgerald on August 16, 1957, accompan- <br />ied by an application for approval of defini- <br />tive plan, Form C, dated August 16, 1957, be <br />and hereby is approved subject to the condi- <br />tion that no lot in the subdivision shall be <br />sold and no building shall be erected or <br />placed on any lot until the ways and other <br />improvements required under the rules and <br />regulations of the Board necessary to ade- <br />quately serve such lot have been completed <br />to the satisfaction of the Board. <br />
