Stevens came to the meeting at 9:15 p.m. at <br />' which time the Board considered the release of re- <br />strictions in regard to its previous conditional <br />approval ol` the Section 16 Sun Valley definitive <br />subdivision plan. Conveyance of utilities and ease- <br />ments having been granted the to`,:m and the work hav- <br />ing; been done to t'he satisfaction of the Superinten- <br />dent. of Public '.t:'orks, it was moved by i,ir. Burnell, <br />seconded by -;r. Abbott, and unanimously <br />VOTED: to execute a Certificate of Performance <br />that the ways and other improvements re- <br />quired under the Rules and regulations of <br />the Planning, Board and referred to in the <br />conditional approval contract executed by <br />DeVries Construction Co., Inc., dated <br />October 30, 1956 have been constructed <br />and installed in the manner specified in <br />and in accordance with the terms of the <br />application referred to therein, and all <br />the lots shop-.rn on the plan entitled 'Sec- <br />tion Sixteen of Sun Valley Lexington, <br />T1ass. Ovned by DeVries Construction Co., <br />Inc." are hereby released. <br />..thereupon the Planning^ Board signed a Certificate of <br />Performance dated P -lav 27, 1957 and to be recorded in <br />the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds by P•Ir. <br />Stevens. <br />SUN VALLEY <br />SEC. 16 <br />The Planning Board then reviewed the situation HAWTHORNE <br />called to its attention birIr.
