Stevens came to the meeting at 9:15 p.m. at ' which time the Board considered the release of re- strictions in regard to its previous conditional approval ol` the Section 16 Sun Valley definitive subdivision plan. Conveyance of utilities and ease- ments having been granted the to`,:m and the work hav- ing; been done to t'he satisfaction of the Superinten- dent. of Public '.t:'orks, it was moved by i,ir. Burnell, seconded by -;r. Abbott, and unanimously VOTED: to execute a Certificate of Performance that the ways and other improvements re- quired under the Rules and regulations of the Planning, Board and referred to in the conditional approval contract executed by DeVries Construction Co., Inc., dated October 30, 1956 have been constructed and installed in the manner specified in and in accordance with the terms of the application referred to therein, and all the lots shop-.rn on the plan entitled 'Sec- tion Sixteen of Sun Valley Lexington, T1ass.
