Mr. Jaquith moved, Mr. VILLAGE Soule seconded the motion and it was unanimously VOTED: that the preliminary subdivision plan entitled "Battle Green Villa,e, Lexington, Massachusetts," dated May 1, 1957, be and hereby is tentatively approved. Taken under consideration was the application BATTLE for approval of definitive plan of Battle View Park, VIEW PARK Section II, submitted May 20, 1957. It was decided SEC. II to hold a public hearing on said application on June 10e 1957. Notices of petitions to be heard by the Board of BOARD OF Appeals on May 28, 1957 were discussed by the Board. APPEALS It was decided to take no action on any of the said petitions except that Mr. Snow was asked to examine , the details concerning the Joseph Monsignore petition as it related to any proposed subdivision in the vicinity and report to_the Board his recommendation as to whether or not the Board should take any action upon said petition. At 9:45 p.m. Mr. Stevens came to the meeting and REGIONAL the Board discussed with him a revised draft of an SHOPPING amendment to the zoning by-law for the proposed regional CENTER shopping center.
