the Town Counsel and a representative of the Attorney ZONING <br />' General's office in regard to the approval of the AMENDMENTS <br />Lexington Zoning By-law as amended by the Special <br />Town Meeting on Nov. 19, 1956. <br />At 10:15 p.m. the Planning Board met with the <br />Selectmen to discuss the Esco Builders proposal which <br />defined the common line between the proposed Junior <br />High School site and the modified subdivision plan <br />for Hawthorne Acres. The line was thought to be <br />acceptable to all concerned provided that all the <br />roads in the proposed subdivision, were laid out with <br />50 ft. rightm of way. <br />The Board returned to its own meeting at 10:45 <br />p.m. at which time it discussed proposed planning and <br />zoning by-laws being heard by the Mercantile Affairs <br />Committee of the legislature. It wad moved, seconded <br />and unanimously voted that Mr. Snow be authorized to <br />write a letter to Mr. Maloney, member of the Mercan- <br />tile Affairs Committee, setting forth Mr. Snow's <br />comments and the Board's recommendations in regard to <br />approval, modifications or disapproval of the bills <br />before said committee. <br />IThe meeting adjourned at 11:30 P.M. <br />Levi G.
