Application #57-11 was deemed not to be submitted for the reason that there was insufficient information accompanying the application. PROPOSED Read to the Board was the Division of Planning ENABLING notices in regard to public hearings to be held by the LEGISLATURE committee on mercantile affairs on bills of interest to planning boards. STREET Read to the Board was the Selectmen's February 17 ACCEPTANCES letter in regard to street acceptances. The Board ' decided that the entire length of Allen Street should be accepted in view of the plans seen at the public hearing for the proposed widening and realignment of Route 2. It was,understood that there were not. available at the time plans for streets to be accepted under the Bettement Act. Before taking action upon the proposed acceptance of these streets, the Board decided that it should first see the plans for said streets.
