1 9 PLANNING BOARD MEETING Monday, September 20, 1954 Presents Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith - Snow. Meeting opened at 7=45 o'clock. Mr. Adams showed the Board some diagrams of Subdivision procedures which were deemed to be very helpful. It was moved by Mr. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Grindle and so voted that 100 small -type procedures be purchased. These are priced at $2,00 per 100. Form A dated September 20, plan dated September 16, presented by Mr. John E. Hossfield, Reed st., Lexington, redividing three lots into two. Form A dated September 17, 1954, plan dated September 8, 1954 presented by �=ss H. Murray, 11 Long St., Allston, redividing three lots into two. Form A dated September 7, plan dated September 3, presented by Morris G. Mace j 22 Fletcher Ave., Lexington, showing change in boundary il�i�e. Moved by Mr. Grindle, seconded by Mr. Jaquith, and so voted that all above Form A's be signed. Bill Bill presented by Rita McNamara, typing agreements, $25.00. Unan- imously voted the bill be paid. Leeland Construction Co. Plan of Leeland Construction Co., Robinson Hill - Diana Lane and Wingate Road - approved on August 23rd endorsed "Approved by Lexington Planning Board subject to the condition that lots 6, 7, ll, 1, 13 and 12 shall not be built upon without prior consent of the Lexington Board of Health" signed. DeVries Construction Co. Mr. George DeVries present with plan of Sun Valley, Section 2, dated August 2. Moved by Mr. Grindle, seconded by Mr. Hathaway and so voted that the plan be approved. Public hearing on this plan was held August 23. Since Mr. Adams had to leave, Mr. Irwin was unanimously elected to serve -as Chairman pro tem.
