Present: Adams, Ripley, Meeting opened at Dianne Estates Inc. PLANNING BOARD MEETING Monday, July 12, 1954 Irwin, Hathaway, Grindle, Jaquith - Stevens, Burns, 7:45 o'clock. Mr. Friel submitted definitive plan for Ledgelawn Ave., section with application on form C. Application taken subject to check with Mr. Burns and later accepted. Hearing set for July 26th at 8 p.m. Peacock Farms ,Inc. - Hearing Public hearing at 8 o'clock on Section 3 covering 15 lots shown on plan dated June 24, 1954, Present: Mr. Compton for the Peacock Farms and 4 others from the neighborhood, Messrs. Cooper, Mason St.;, Gautraud, Carville Ave.; Miller, Peacock Farms Rd.; and Gryboski, Peacock Farm Rd.• Mr. Comp- ton explained the general plan of the applicant for development of the area and the drainage problems including the change to be made in depth of the brook. Mr. Cooper raised a question in regard to the drainage problems caused by the brook, which was answered by Mr. Compton. Mr. Gautraud raised a question as to the rights of the public in connection with the application which was answered by Mr. Adams. None of the neighbors wished•to be re- corded either in favor of or against the approval of the application. A bond was filed on behalf of the corporation. Leeland Construction Company Definitive plan dated July 7, 1954 filed, together with application on Form. C for development of the extension of Diana Lane. Application ac- cepted. Hearing set for July 26th at 8:15 p.m. Colonial Development Corp. Definitive plan dated February 251 19511 presented, together with application on Form C for further development of Colonial Acres. Applica- tion taken subject to further check and later accepted. Present:-Gennaro Capaldi, president; Fred A.Joyce, Designer; and Dr.J. Salusti. Hearing set for July 26th at 8:30 p.m. Kelley Plan dated July 26, 1954 filed by Prince Arthur Newell, together with application on form A signed by Mrs. Agnes T. Kelley. The plan showed lot 30 having a frontage of only 78.201 on the east.side of Maple St. Mr. Newell stated that this lot was not to,be used as a house lot except by add- ing additional land to obtain the required frontage under the current zoning law. It was voted to endorse the plan "Lexington Planning Board Approval under Subdivision Control Law not required" but to add a note to the plan to the effect that lot 30 does not contain the frontage required under the Lex- ington zoning law.
