On plan of proposed land located in Lexington on Graham Road and <br />Burlington St. dated June 28, 1554 belonging..to Rose Ampola submitted with <br />application on Form A, it was Moved by Mr. Hathaway, seconded by Mr. Grindle <br />and voted that the plan be endorsed "approval of Lexington Planning Board not <br />required under subdivision control law - but see agreement with Town. of Lex- <br />ington as to construction of proposed street recorded in Middlesex South..Dis- <br />trict, Registry of Deeds, Book 8329, p. 350." <br />Application on Form A submitted by Robert S, Lyon of 55 Waltham St, <br />to divide lot 168 on Middy. ^St. into lots 168 A and 168 B. these lots going <br />to adjoining abuttors. Mr. Ripley moved, Mr. Grindle seconded that the plan <br />be endorsed "Planning Board approval not required under subdivision control <br />law."
