92 <br />OSCAR <br />CORMIER <br />SUB- <br />DIVISION <br />Virginia Brady said she is having a hard time locating the sponsors and <br />the Cambodians cannot speak good English. <br />Mr. Lambie asked how the letter was working out that had been put in use <br />several months ago. The letter that the Health Office sends to let a <br />person with a communicable disease know that the visiting nurse will be <br />calling on them. <br />Virginia said that it helps. At least it lets people know that the nurse <br />will be coming. <br />Virginia told the Board that Jayne Tapia had applied to use Cary Hall on <br />December 1st. for a "Town Awareness" health clinic for the Lexington <br />residents. <br />Virginia Brady, R.N. thanked the Board and retired. <br />Mr. Smith discussed with the Board the subdivision plans of Oscar Cormier. <br />Mr. Cornier wants to build a subdivision way up on Grove Street. Mr. Cormier <br />plans to build 20 single houses on these parcel of lands. <br />There is water and sewer available to service this subdivision <br />Dr. Roemer asked where the access is. <br />Mr. Smith replied, "At the Grove Street/Burlington Street area". <br />Mr. Lambie asked if they are putting in a retention pond. <br />Mr. Smith said that there is a pond there now. <br />The Board discussed briefly the subdivision in regard to the water, sewer <br />and drainage that would be the Board's interest. <br />At 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Virginia Fitzgerald Lovett and her daughter, Lisa, came <br />before the Board. <br />FITZ- Mr. Lambie stated that the 90 day animal permit the Board gave to Mrs. Lovett <br />GERALD'S was up today. We indicated that if you have been keeping more than four horses <br />HORSES there would be problems. Mr. Lambie said there has been six horses on your <br />property for quite awhile and we only gave permit for four horses. <br />Lisa Fitzgerald said there are only four horses there now. <br />Mr. Smith said that all during the summer, there were six horses on your <br />land because I checked every day on my way to work. <br />Lisa said she was there (at the Board Meeting) to apply for six horses. <br />Mr. Lambie said: "You have had the 6 horses all summer without a permit for <br />six. We told you if you had extra horses on the land, you were to notify the <br />Board of Health and you have never called to ask permission to bring in the <br />two extra horses. <br />Mrs. Lovett said she had been away all summer and did not know there were <br />six horses there.- <br />
