It was presented by Dr. Lynne Sarasin, Linda Chase, <br />Director of Student Services; Mary Antón-Oldenburg, Bowman Principal; and Kathleen <br />McCarthy, Interim K-5 Literacy Department Head. The presentation explained what <br />interventions have been implemented and how they are organized. <br /> <br />There were questions and comments from the Committee. <br /> <br />3. Selectmen’s Request to Examine Possible FY09 Savings to reduce the budget proposal to <br />balance with expected revenues. <br /> <br />The Committee discussed the issue. They will vote at the next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />VII. Action Items <br /> <br />1. Vote to Accept a $500.00 Donation from Exxon Mobil to the Bridge School Gift Account <br /> <br />Motion to accept with gratitude a $500.00 Donation from Exxon Mobil to the Bridge <br />School Gift Account (Diaz, Cole). The motion passed 5-0. <br /> <br />2. Vote to Accept a $310.00 Donation from Intel Foundation to the Bridge School Gift <br />Account <br /> <br />Motion to accept with gratitude $310.00 in matching funds from the Intel Foundation <br />to the Bridge School Gift Account (Diaz, Cole). The motion passed 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Vote to Accept a $100.00 Donation from Lueders Environmental, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion to accept with gratitude a $100.00 donation from Lueders Environmental, Inc. <br />(Cole, Diaz).
