I DPF Director identified the projects that were going to be discussed at Annual Town Meeting, <br /> with minor discussion. <br /> • Lexington Children's Place will be seeking the balance of Construction Funds for the <br /> project. <br /> • Lexington Fire HQ will be seeking the Construction funds for the project as approved <br /> previously at the fall town debt exclusion referendum. <br /> • Police will be seeking funding through Construction Documents <br /> • Visitors Center will be seeking funding thru construction. <br /> 4. PBC Chair shared with a brief update on the ongoing development of the Sustainability policy <br /> which has been ongoing for years working off of the 2005 LEED Silver policy. The previous DPF <br /> director had been working on drafts of the revised policy with Sustainable Lexington and other stake <br /> holders for a while implementing energy efficiency items, building resiliency and energy generation. <br /> Currently a new format is being developed which contains a more concise policy document which will <br /> have several supporting documents that provide guidance and procedure to assist in meeting the policy <br /> Motion to adjourn was made and seconded: Meeting adjourned at 7:45pm. <br /> PBC Meeting 02.08.18 2 <br />
