NOTICE TO ABUTTERS <br />July 25, 2013 <br />In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Chapter 166 of the General Laws (Ter. Ed.), <br />you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, <br />Town Office Building, of the Town of Lexington, Massachusetts, on August 26th, 2013 <br />at 7:00 p.m., upon the following petition of National Grid for permission to construct and location <br />for gas mains and the pipes, valves, governors, manholes and other structures, fixtures and <br />appurtenances designed or intended to protect or operate said mains and accomplish the <br />objects of said Company; and the digging up and opening the ground to lay or place same <br />under the following public way(s) of Lexington: <br />Peacock Farm Road: <br />To install and maintain approximately 25 feet of 4” gas main in Peacock Farm Road from <br />the existing 4” main at House #26 to house #25 for a new gas service. <br />By:Tricia Malatesta <br /> Engineering <br /> Department of Public Works <br />Please direct inquiries to: Dennis K.
